The Studebaker apartment community is named after a car of the same name manufactured in South Bend, IN until 1963 ending production in Canada in 1966. The Studebaker was known for its ornamentation and unique looks.
The Studebaker is a very cool building with unique lines and ornamentation. The previous building owners highlighted their Philippine heritage by planting Yum-Yum Trees all around the building. The floor plans include classic and renovated apartment homes that have 1-or 2-bedrooms and 1 bath. The updated apartments have granite countertops in the kitchen and bath, contemporary closet organizers, allergy friendly vinyl plank flooring, and their own washer & dryer.
